About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Back-Office RAN Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Ericsson RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) to support network integration, configuration, and datafill preparation for live telecom networks. This is a non-field, BO-based engineering role focused on remote integration, ENM operations, CM activities, and performance validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote integration of Ericsson RBS / Baseband nodes (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Prepare and execute datafill, integration scripts, and parameter updates.
- Create and validate integration XMLs, neighbor definitions, and site templates.
- Manage activities through Ericsson ENM / OSS-RC platforms.
- Support feature activation, software upgrades, and license application.
- Conduct parameter audits, troubleshooting, rollback, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with field teams during on-air activities, alarms, health checks, and acceptance.
- Provide L2/L3 BO support to planning and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson standards and project KPIs.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN technologies (RBS 6000 family, Baseband, Radio Units)
- Proficiency in ENM / OSS-RC / WNCS
- Expertise in RAN datafill, CM/PM/FM workflows
- Experience with XML scripting, integrations, and network parameter planning
- Good understanding of 2G/3G/LTE/NR architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot remote integration failures and site KPIs
- Familiarity with Ericsson integration tools, MML commands
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electrical/Computer Engineering
- Experience in BO integration for major telecom operators
- Experience with network swaps, new site integrations, and RAN expansions
- Multi-vendor exposure (Huawei/Nokia) is a plus, but Ericsson proficiency is mandatory
