ERPNext Implementation Engineer

About the Role:
Seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in ERPNext implementation and customisation. This role focuses on business process mapping, system configuration, and custom development within existing ERPNext environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ERPNext implementation and configuration for new and existing clients.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into ERPNext workflows and module configurations.
- Configure and customise ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.).
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, reports, dashboards, and workflows using the Frappe framework.
- Support data migration validation and functional data alignment (no server-side setup).
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
- Provide user training, functional documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional and customisation-related issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to meet project timelines and delivery KPIs.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and customisation.
- Strong practical experience with ERPNext and the Frappe framework.
- Proven experience in business process mapping, system configuration, and user-facing implementations.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext modules such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, or Projects.
- Experience with custom reports, workflow automation, and functional data handling.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, delivery-focused environment aligned with UK working hours.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
