RF Optimisation Engineer

Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled RF Optimisation Engineer with hands-on experience in Ericsson LTE networks. This role focuses on network performance analysis and tuning, requiring both remote and onsite collaboration with engineering teams in Austin.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyse LTE KPIs and resolve issues related to coverage, handovers, and interference.

· Conduct drive test analysis and implement parameter tuning using ENM, TEMS, and Actix.

· Work with cross-functional teams to support optimisation and network improvements.

· Prepare reports and insights to support continuous network enhancement.

Requirements:

· 6+ years of RF Optimisation experience, including 2+ years on Ericsson LTE.

· Proficient with tools such as ENM, TEMS, and Actix.

· Strong understanding of LTE air interface, call flow, and KPI tuning.

· Must be based in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or surrounding areas in Texas, USA.

· Hybrid work model: Remote + 2 days/week onsite in Austin.
