Role Overview:

Looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with 7+ years of experience in IT/Software industry, skilled in driving growth, building strategic partnerships & identifying new opportunities. Must have expertise in business development, relationship management & proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipeline & customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage business development experience from IT/Software companies to drive growth in the Telecom sector by developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Hunt and capture new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to form new strategies.
  • Leverage CRM tools like to manage sales pipeline and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of business development experience in IT/Software companies is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
