Job Description:
We’re looking for experienced Site Development Project Managers to support small cell and DAS deployments across Texas. Based in Dallas and San Antonio, these positions focus on leading field-based activities, including site walks, construction oversight, and vendor coordination for telecom infrastructure projects. Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site walks for small cell and DAS projects to assess conditions and verify readiness.
- Manage on-site construction, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and utility providers to resolve issues and keep work on track.
- Oversee material deliveries, crew scheduling, and access requirements for each site.
- Review and redline construction drawings (CDs), site plans, and hardening assessments.
- Liaise with municipalities and permitting authorities to manage approvals and inspections.
- Maintain project reporting and documentation using relevant tools and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and technical specifications.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in telecom site development or construction management.
- Strong background in small cell and DAS deployments.
- Skilled in construction drawings, redlining, permitting, and utility coordination.
- Hands-on field experience with multi-site management and vendor oversight.
- Familiarity with platforms like Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, or similar tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be available for on-site work in Dallas or San Antonio, TX.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
