Field Managers – Nokia Installation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Manager with strong expertise in Nokia RAN equipment for the Phoenix, AZ market. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all field activities related to new site builds, upgrades, commissioning, and integration, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field execution for Nokia RAN integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
• Supervise Nokia cabinet installations, board replacements (CBU/DUL, OBIF, RAX/TX), and software upgrades.
• Coordinate and oversee microwave installation, alignment, and testing.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely site reports, audits, and close-out documentation.
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive on-site efficiency and ensure field teams adhere to project delivery requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Nokia RAN installation and integration projects.
• Strong technical background in Nokia equipment, including commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of RF, antennas, transmission, and site acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the USA (US Citizen or Green Card holder).
