Job Description 

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead wireless network rollout and optimisation projects across Texas. This is a hybrid role, requiring remote work combined with 2 days per week onsite in Austin. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in RF project delivery and the ability to coordinate across technical and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the delivery of RF-related projects including LTE/5G optimisation and site rollout.

· Coordinate with optimisation engineers, field teams, and client stakeholders.

· Monitor project schedules, manage risks, and ensure milestone achievement.

· Oversee documentation, compliance, and quality control of telecom deployment activities.

Requirements:

· 10+ years of project management experience in the telecom industry.

· Strong background in wireless (RF) deployment and network rollout.

· Familiarity with Ericsson LTE projects is preferred.

· Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and telecom reporting tools.

· Must be based in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or surrounding areas in Texas, USA.

· Hybrid work model: Remote + 2 days/week onsite in Austin.
