Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, providing technical support, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in cost estimation, budgeting, and project financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Analyse sub-contractor and vendor quotations, ensuring all inclusions and exclusions are clearly identified. Provide detailed cost estimates for complex projects.

🔹 Prepare initial account reports to set up project budgets and financial frameworks. Ensure accurate financial planning from project inception.

🔹 Prepare and manage final accounts for completed projects, ensuring all financial aspects are settled and documented accurately.

🔹 Oversee and manage variations, ensuring that all changes to the project scope are accurately reflected and financially accounted for.

🔹 Monitor and manage project profit and loss, ensuring that all financial targets are met and cost control measures are in place.

Requirements:

🔹 Must have valid working rights in the UK.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

🔹 7+ years of experience within the construction and telecom industry.

🔹 Strong communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

🔹 Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

🔹 Capable of operating effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

🔹 Proficient in managing teams to achieve optimum performance.
