Job Description:

We’re seeking experienced Construction Managers with proven expertise in Nokia RAN installation projects to lead field operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on managing end-to-end construction activities for new site builds, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction and installation activities for Nokia RAN projects.
• Conduct site walks to assess readiness, verify installation progress, and ensure compliance.
• Supervise field crews and vendors, maintaining adherence to project standards and safety protocols.
• Review and redline construction drawings (CDs), ensuring accuracy and build consistency.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and utility providers to resolve on-site issues.
• Oversee material deliveries, site access, and project scheduling.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and progress reports using approved tools.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in telecom construction or field management.
• Strong expertise in Nokia RAN installation and integration projects.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, site layouts, and build standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Proficiency with project tracking platforms (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, or similar).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and vendors.
• Must be based on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, and a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
